SSC CGL Application Form
The application form for SSC CGL 2018 was released on the official website as per the schedule. However, applications received without the prescribed fee were not be considered and summarily rejected. And, no representation against such rejection was entertained. Fee once paid was not refunded under any circumstances nor it was adjusted against any other examination or selection.
Application Fee & Mode of Payment:
- Fee payable: Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only).
- Additionally, Mode of Fee Payment is – SBI Challan/ SBI Net Banking or by using Visa, Master Card or Maestro Credit or Debit card.
Candidates can refer for the exam related instructions from below:
- The Examination will comprise of a Computer Based Examination for Tier-I and Tier-II (Paper-I, Paper-II, Paper-III and paper-IV) in addition with written descriptive examination for Tier-III and CPT/ DEST/ Document verification for Tier-IV.
- The Commission will not undertake detailed scrutiny of applications for the eligibility and other aspects at the time of written examination and, therefore, the candidature will be accepted only provisionally.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, the fee paid more than once for the same applications with service charges, etc. will also not be refunded.
- The candidates must write their name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name strictly as given in the matriculation certificate.
SSC CGL 2018 Admit Card
Candidates were able to download Tier-II admit card from the official website as per the schedule. Candidates must check that all the details mentioned in the admit card are correct, and in case of any discrepancy contact the officials as soon as possible. It must be remembered that it is necessary to bring the SSC CGL 2018 Admit Card at the exam center on the day of the exam.
Due to revision in the scheduling of the candidate of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2018 (Tier-II), the status of the candidate’s examination schedule uploaded on the website of SSC(CR) has been withdrawn. The revised Status of Admit Card for Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2018 (Tier-II) to be held from 11.09.2019 to 14.09.2019 shall be uploaded shortly. Therefore, the Admit Card will be available to the candidates three days prior to their date of the

The Examination will be conducted in four tiers which are mentioned below:

- For Tier-I, there will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.
- And for Tier-II, there will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer in Paper-II (English Language and Comprehension) and of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I, Paper-III and Paper-IV.
- In Tier-II, Paper-I and Paper-II are compulsory for all the posts.
- And also, Paper-III will be for only those candidates who apply for the post of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and who are shortlisted in Tier-I for this Post/ Paper.
- Also in Tier-II, Paper-IV will be for only those candidates who are shortlisted in Tier-I for Paper-IV i.e. for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer.

SSC CGL 2018 Final Answer key
Staff Selection Commission has declared the result of Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-II) 2018 on 25.10.2019. In order to ensure greater transparency in the examination system, and in the interest of the candidates, the Commission has uploaded the Final Answer Keys along with Question Paper(s) of candidates on 30.10.2019.
The candidates may take a print out of their respective Question Paper along with the Final Answer Keys by using the link given below. This facility will be available for the candidates for a period of one month i.e. up to 29.11.2019. The candidates’ may take a print out of their respective Response Sheets, as the same will not be available after the above-specified time limit.
SSC CGL 2018 Result
Staff Selection Commission has announced the SSC CGL Tier-II result has been released. Candidates can now check their results. The qualified candidates of Tier-I are shortlisted to appear for the Tier-II exam. SSC releases separate cut-offs for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer (List-1), Junior Statistical Officer in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (List-2) and all other posts (List-3). Tier-I is conducted in multiple shifts. Hence, SSC releases normalized marks to qualify the candidates for the next stage.
SSC CGL 2018 Cut Off
Based on the aggregate marks scored by the candidates in Tier-I and Tier-II examinations, candidates have been shortlisted, category-wise, to appear in Tier-III Examination. Separate cut-offs have been fixed for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer (List-1), Junior Statistical Officer in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (List-2), and all other posts (List-3).
Details of candidates qualifying for appearing in Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2018 (Tier-III) are as follows:
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the overall performance of candidates in Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III Examinations. Final selection of candidates, in each category, will be made on the basis of aggregate marks scored by them in Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III examinations and preference of posts exercised by them. Once the candidate has been given his/ her first available preference, as per his/ her merit, he/ she will not be considered for any other option. Candidates are, therefore, advised to exercise preference of posts very carefully.
