RRB JE 2019 – CBT 2 Answer Key, Result for CEN 03/2019 (Released)

RRB JE CBT: RRB JE 2019 E-call letter for Document Verification and Medical Examination has been released on November 08, 2019. CBT Stage 2 Result has been declared. RRB JE 2019 2nd stage Computer Based Test (CBT) final answer key released on October 10, 2019. RRB for City Intimation and Mock Test for CBT stage 2 rescheduled candidates are also available online. The result of stage 1 CBT has been declared already. Railway Recruitment Board announces the result on one of its websites like rrbcdg.gov.in. Candidates can able to check their result from the website using registration number and password. Furthermore, the shortlisted candidates are eligible for the 2nd stage. RRB JE Answer Key

Candidates who attended 2nd Stage CBT were allowed to view their question paper, responses, and keys and raise the objections if any to questions/options/keys from 26.09.2019 to 29.09.2019. The objections raised by the candidates were analyzed and the keys for some questions were changed and questions with “multiple answers” or “no key” or “ambiguous” were ignored as per the extant procedure followed by RRBs. Candidates may view the modified keys for their QP and also know the final decision on the objections raised by them if any, by logging on to a link provided in RRB websites from 10.10.2019 to 12.10.2019. The decision Of the RRB on the keys and questions is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

  • Viewing of final key and resolution of objections raised by the candidates: October 10, 2019, 15:00 hrs. onwards.
  • Closing of the Objection raising by the candidates: October 12, 2019.

RRB JE Admit Card

RRB JE 2nd stage Computer Based Test (CBT) rescheduled on technical reasons etc, is now scheduled on September 19, 2019. All Candidates, whose 2nd stage CBT was rescheduled, may log in with their below-mentioned dates through the link to be provided on the official websites of RRBs for knowing their Exam City, Date, Session, downloading Train Travel Authority (for eligible candidates only) and E-Call letter. Railway Recruitment Board releases the RRB JE 2019 Admit Card for every stage of the recruitment process.
RRB JE Reschedule notice
The admit card releases at the official site and a candidate can download it through their login details. RRB sent SMS or email to all eligible candidates about the e-Call letter. Furthermore, upload details on their registered mobile number as well as email ID. Also, note that RRB does not send the call letter to candidates via post. As soon as candidates download his call letter, s/he should read the instructions on it carefully and follow them carefully. Failure to do may lead to the cancellation of their candidature. RRB JE 2019 Recruitment Details

Advertisement No.: CEN 03/2018
Post: Junior Engineer (JE), Junior Engineer (Information Technology) [JE(IT)], Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA)
Pay Scale: Level 06 (RSRP 7th CPC Pay Matrix.) with initial pay of Rs. 35400/-, in addition with other allowances admissible at that time.
Nationality: A candidate must be either a citizen of India or subject of Nepal or subject of Bhutan or Tibetan refugee who came over to India.
Age: Between 18 to 33 years as on 01 January 2019
Qualification: Three years Diploma in a particular Engineering field from recognized Board/ University/ institute. Also, for detailed eligibility please refer to the notification.

Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for 1st as well as 2nd stage CBT of RRB JE 2019 is as follows:
1st Stage CBT:

  • Duration: 90 Minutes
  • No of Questions: 100

The section-wise number of questions and marks are as below :

Application Form

RRB released the application form online for RRB JE (CEN 03/2018). Candidates were able to fill the application from the website of RRBs. Candidate can only apply for one RRB as per their eligibility. Before filling the form, candidates should carefully check their eligibility. Later on, if any candidates found to be not eligible then his candidature may cancel. Also, you should read all the Information and Instructions detailed in the CEN thoroughly before starting the filling up of the application.
Examination Fee:

RRB JE Medical Standards

A candidate called for Document Verification must clear the medical test. The administration conducts this test to ensure that the candidate is medically fit to work for his duties. The medical requirements for different categories are as follows:

RRB JE 2019 Result

Firstly, RRB releases the result of stage 2 CBT. Based on the performance of candidates in the 2nd stage Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted from 28-08-2019 to 01-09-2019 & on 19.09.2019 for the Junior Engineer(JE), Junior Engineer (Information and Technology), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical
Assistant (CMA) notified against Centralized Employment Notification (CEN 03/2018), candidates bearing the Roll Numbers listed (in ascending order and not in merit) herein under have been provisionally shortlisted for the Document Verification (DV)& Medical Examination.
Shortlisting for Document verification has been done as per CEN duly considering community wise cutoff marks for various categories of posts while screening the candidates for 2nd stage CBT, their post preferences, and Merit Index in 2nd stage CBT.
Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories:

  • UR – 40%
  • OBC – 30%
  • SC – 30%
  • ST – 25%

This percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2% for PwBD candidates, in case of shortage of PwBD candidates against vacancies reserved for them.
