JECA Admit Card: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will release JECA Admit Card on May 12, 2022. A direct link will be available on the official website. JECA Admit Card

Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official website as per the schedule. The admit card for JECA will be issued to only registered candidates. No hard copy of the JECA 2022 Admit Card is sent to the candidates via post. It consists of personal details of the candidate as well as exam details like reporting timings, address of the test center, etc. Candidates must check that all the details mentioned in the admit card are correct, and in case of any discrepancy contact the officials as soon as possible. It must be remembered that it is necessary to bring the Admit Card to the exam center on the day of the exam.

Important Instruction of JECA Admit Card

a) Admit cards will be generated on the notified date for the student to download and take a print. The candidate must carry a printed hard copy of the admit card to the examination center.

b) Candidates must ensure that the admit card is not mutilated/ distorted/ soiled even by accident. Candidates with such mutilated/ distorted/ soiled admit cards will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

c) Candidates themselves can generate duplicate admit cards but only till the date of examination. Hence, candidates are advised to retain their admit cards carefully in a secured place to avoid any damage to the document.

d) If a candidate needs a duplicate admit card after the examination, the same can be provided by the Board, but only 60 days after the date of declaration of result. To get a duplicate, the candidate must apply to the Board and pay a processing fee of Rs. 500/- by a bank draft in the name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” payable in Kolkata.

e) WBJEEB does not verify any information provided by the candidate during the online application. Admit cards are issued only based on the information provided by the candidate. All applicants, who appear to be prima facie eligible, will be issued admit cards and will be provisionally permitted to sit for the examination.

f) All verifications are to be done during counseling, admission, registration with the university, etc. If at any stage after examination it is found on scrutiny that the applicant is otherwise ineligible, his/her candidature shall be treated as canceled even if he/she had appeared in and secured a Merit Rank. Hence, appearing in the examination and securing a rank does not constitute a right/guarantee in favor of a candidate for his/her claim for admission.

Exam Center Details

During the online application, the candidate must choose any 3 (three) of the following examination zones. The allocation of the examination center will be based on the choices given by the candidate during the online application. However, the discretion of the Board in the allocation of the examination center shall be final. No request for a change of allocated center will be entertained under normal circumstances.
