IIFT Admit – Download the IIFT 2022 Admit Card @iift.nta.nic.in

IIFT Admit: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the IIFT 2022 Admit Card on November 27, 2021. A direct admit card link is available on the official website of IIFT. The candidate can download the admit card using the application number and date of birth. The IIFT 2022 exam was on 05 and 23 December 2021. IIFT Admit

The E-Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility conditions. The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on Date and Time as indicated in their E-Admit Card. No candidates allowed to appear at the examination centre, on Date and Timings other than that allotted to them in their Admit card.

In case candidates are unable to download Admit Cards from the website, the candidate should approach the Help Line between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm. The candidates are advised to read the instructions in the Information Bulletin and on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.

In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures shown in the E-Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate may immediately approach the Help Line between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm.

How to Download IIFT Admit Card

  • Visit the official website of IIFT.
  • Click on the “Admit Card” link.
  • Login with the application number and date of birth.
  • Click on the “Download” button and download the admit card.
  • Keep a copy of admit card for future references.

Important Note for IIFT Admit Card

  • a. Admit Cards will not be sent by post.
  • b. In no case, the duplicate Admit Card for IIFT MBA(IB) 2022-24 would be issued at the Examination Centres.
  • c. Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein.
  • d. Candidates must preserve their Admit Cards in good condition for future reference.
  • e. No Admit Card shall be issued to the candidates whose applications are found to be incomplete for any reasons (including indistinct/ doubtful photographs/unsigned Applications) or who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria for the examination.
  • f. Issue of Admit Cards, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of the admission process.

Please go through instructions printed on Admit Card carefully before going for the Examination.

Items permitted in the Examination Centre

  • Print copy of Admit Card along with the Declaration/Undertaking downloaded from NTA website.
  • One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) for n the Attendance Sheet at Centre during the Examination.
  • Any one of the authorized Govt. Photo IDs ( original, valid and non-expired) – PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card).The name on the photo identification must match with the name as shown on the Admit Card.
  • PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category.
  • Drinking water in a transparent bottle.
  • A small bottle of hand sanitiser (50 mg).
  • Face masks and gloves.

Prohibited Materials at the Examination Centre

Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items inside the examination centre under any circumstances. Candidates will be subjected to extensive and compulsory frisking before entering the examination centre with the help of highly sensitive hand-held metal detectors.

  • Any stationery item like textual materials( printed or written)., bits of papers, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, Pen scale, wring pad, pen drives, eraser, calculator, log table electronic pen/scanner, Docu Pen, slide rules, etc
  • Any communication device such as mobile phone, earphones, microphone, electronic watches with facilities of calculator, blue tooth devices, pager, health band or any other electronic gadget or device etc.
  • Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap etc.
  • Any watch/wristwatch, bracelet, camera etc.
  • Ornaments or a metallic item.
  • Any food items opened or packed etc.

Reporting Time and other Important Instructions

  • The exam centre gate is closed 30 minutes prior to the examination.
  • Enter in the Examination Centre within the time.
  • The candidates need to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.
  • Take the seat immediately after the opening of the Examination Hall.

Rough Work

All calculations/writing work is to be done only in the rough sheets provided at the Test Centre in the Examination Room/Hall. The candidate is required to write his roll number and name on all the rough sheets used by him/her. On completion of the test, candidates must drop the rough sheets in the dropbox, while leaving the exam hall, without fail.
