GPAT Application (Over) – Check GPAT 2021 Registration Process

GPAT Application: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the GPAT 2021 Application form on December 23, 2020. The interested and eligible candidates can apply from the official website of GPAT. The candidates having a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy can apply for GPAT 2021. The last date for online application is January 22, 2021. The last date for paying the application fees is January 23, 2021. Candidates have to apply for GPAT-2021 “Online” ONLY by accessing the website: gpat.nta.nic.in. The Application Form other than online mode would not be accepted in any case. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. More than one application i.e. Multiple application forms submitted by a candidate will be rejected.

Information Bulletin should be downloaded and read carefully by the candidate to be sure about his/her eligibility and acquaint with requirements for submission of Online Application Form.

Application Fees

General (UR): Male- ₹ 2000/- Female- ₹ 1000/-

Gen-EWS/ SC/ST/PwD /OBC-(NCL): Male- ₹ 1000/- Female- ₹ 1000/-

Transgender: ₹ 1000/-

Payment Mode: Through Canara/ ICICI Bank Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking & Paytm.

Applicable service/processing charges & GST over and above the examination fee, are to be paid by the candidate to the concerned Bank/ Payment Gateway Integrator.

How to Apply

Download Information Bulletin and Replica of Application Form. Read these carefully to ensure your eligibility.

Part I: Registration Page

  • Candidate’s Name/ Mother’s Name/ Father’s Name
  • Date of Birth: dd/mm/yyyy
  • Mobile Number and e-mail Address

PART II: Fill in the complete Application Form

  • Other Backward Classes (OBC)
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
  • Provide complete postal address with PIN Code
  • Choice of Cities for Examination Centres

PART III: Uploading of scanned images

Upload scanned images of:

  • (i) a recent photograph (file size 10Kb – 200Kb) either in color or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background;
  • (ii) candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb – 30kb)
  • (iii) PwD certificate (file size: 50kb to 300kb) in jpg/jpeg format.

Part IV: Pay the fee

Special Note

Download, save and print a copy of the Confirmation Page of the Application Form (generated only after successful remittance of fee) for future reference.

All four steps can be done together or at separate timings. The submission of the Application of a candidate could be considered as successful and his/her candidature would be confirmed only on the successful transaction/receipt of the prescribed application fee from him/her.

Choice of Cities for Exam Centre

The City of Examination Centres where the test shall be conducted is given at Annexure-IV. It is mandatory for candidates to select four cities of their choice while filling Online Application Form of GPAT 2021. The effort will be made to allot the Centre of examination to the candidates in order of the City Choice opted by them in their Application Form. However, due to logistic & administrative reasons, a different city in the nearby area may be allotted.

The City of Examination once chosen and allotted cannot be changed (after the closing of the correction window) and any request in this regard will not be entertained.

GPAT Application Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Question: In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee, then what to do?

Answer: The candidate should approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway for ensuring the successful payment or for obtaining the refund of duplicate/multiple payments.

However, if in spite of the above action payment has not been successfully made it means that the transaction has not been completed and the amount not reflected in the NTA account. Such amount will be refunded to the concerned Credit/Debit Card within a reasonable time. Therefore, such candidates have to pay the fee once again and ensure the OK fee status.
